Who (Am I?): You can call me Sushi. Nice to meet you. Essentially, I'm a video-game playing, music-loving, nail-polish-obsessing, story-writing, ramen-eating, cat-noise-making, overly-emotional, lazy-ass, junior-in-hi
What (Is This Thing?): I'd say it's a blog, but I think that's a little self-evident. I've been meaning to make one for a while, one that I actually keep up with instead of abandoning after two entries like every other blog I've tried (and failed) to start. Basically it's a little corner of the internets where I can bitch about and excessively celebrate anything I damn well please. And yes, I realize that those are two very opposite ends of the emotional spectrum, but I don't think I ever said I was entirely emotionally stable in that little 'who' section up there. My friend tells me I live in extremes. I believe him.
Where (Do I Come From?): Only the greatest place on earth, Southern California. And if you ever call it Cali, I will personally internet-bitchslap you. But really, think about it: we have Jamba Juice, In 'n' Out, and OUR OWN ELEMENT (Californium, look it up). You just can't beat a state that has San Francisco AND Los Angeles, a state where you could surf and snowboard on the same day. I was born in California and aside from a college-driven sint in what I hope will be Boston, Massachusettes, I plan to live here until the day that I die.
When (Will I Update?): Hopefully about once a week, maybe more depending on what kind of things the week gives me to rant about, 'hopefully' and 'maybe' being the operative terms. I'm busy, okay? I have a life (kind of). I have college to get into and all that other crap that comes with being a junior in high school. Besides, I'm sure you have better things to do than read my whinings highly insightful words of great intellect. Go read The Sun Also Rises, quite possibly the greatest book in the history of the universe. Be productive with your life when I don't post my entertaining ramblings at least twice a day. Or something.
Why (Am I Doing This?): Well, I like to write. Like, it's an unhealthy obsession of mine. I also like to talk. And complain. A lot. So instead of calling up one of my friends every time I want to go on a rant (which I will probably still do anyways, regardless of what I post here), I can just vent my frustration or excessive joy here. This could potentially prevent my friends' brains from exploding before we hit twenty five, which would be nice because I kind of like my friends a lot. But aside from potentially blown-up brains, I just kind of have a lot to say. And where better to say it then into the vast void that is the internets?
How (Does This Work?): I'd like to think it's pretty self explanatory. I'll post a rant, rave, warble, or delightful high school girl drama fest, you'll read and potentially respond with a comment, question, argument, bitch-out, or something along those lines. I'm not one of those people who's all up on that "DON'T LIKE, DON'T READ BITCHES!" pedestal shit. Don't agree with me? Tell me. I like a good challenge. But don't be stupid about it. Really. At least attempt to think before you type. It's not so hard when you try. I promise.
